qq888's commitment to responsible gaming
Knowing your limits makes the game more enjoyable — qq888 is committed to keeping you protected and informed.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment — but like any leisure activity, it's important to keep it within limits. Responsible gaming means enjoying games while staying in control of your time, money, and mental well-being.
qq888 believes that building a healthy gaming culture is the shared responsibility of both the platform and its players. We want every member to play with their own happiness and well-being in mind — never under pressure or at financial risk.
On this page we'll walk you through the tools and steps available at qq888 to help keep your experience safe and enjoyable.
The minimum age to play at qq888 is 21. New members' accounts are not activated until their age has been verified. Preventing access by minors is our top priority.
Core principles of healthy gaming
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not a source of income
- Never bet more than your daily budget allows
- Avoid chasing losses
- Take a break once your set time is up
- Prioritise spending time with family and friends
- Stay away from gaming when you're stressed or feeling low
qq888's protective tools
We offer a range of tools that let you manage your own gaming on your terms.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once that limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted automatically, preventing overspending. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for your gaming sessions. When the time is up, you'll receive a reminder and the session can end automatically if needed. This helps reduce the habit of playing for long stretches without a break.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature when you need a temporary break. Your account can be paused for any period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, logging in and making transactions will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you have a longer-term issue, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, your account will be fully closed for a set period and you will not receive any promotional messages. Our support team will assist you through the process.
Activity History
View your gaming, deposit, and withdrawal history at any time. A transparent record helps you understand when and how much you're playing so you can make informed decisions whenever needed.
Round-the-Clock Support
For any questions about responsible gaming, contact qq888's 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team is available to help in both Bengali and English.

Age limit & parental controls
21+ age requirement is mandatory
You must be at least 21 years old to play at qq888. Age is verified at registration and you may be asked to submit an ID document if required. If an attempt to open an account by a minor is detected, it will be closed immediately.
Advice for parents and guardians
If there are children or teenagers in your home, use parental control software on shared devices. Keep your qq888 account password and login details completely private and do not stay logged in on shared devices.
Awareness about the realities of gaming
There are some important points to keep in mind for responsible gaming:
- There is no guarantee of winning any game — outcomes are entirely random
- Previous results have no effect on the next round
- Gaming is never an effective solution to financial problems
- You should not play while intoxicated or in an emotional state
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 — use these figures when planning your budget
